Brad Cassiday ~ Business Director/CEO
After completing his BA in Communications at Michigan State University in 1989, Brad earned an MBA in operations and materials management from his alma mater in 1992. He has worked on business development teams with Ford New Holland, Genie Industries and Ingersoll-Rand. From 2002 to 2006, Brad helped the Northwest School of Animal Massage grow from a local operation to a globally recognized force in the animal massage field, with seven locations in North America. Brad has extensive experience in lean thinking concepts. Brad enjoys football and soccer and has two dogs, Gorilla and Shanny.
"I've been working in new business development nearly two decades now. Early on, I worked in a corporate environment which meant there was a safety net to catch us if we really screwed up, which we never seemed to do. It taught me to think big and take chances. My last few projects have been started while sitting around my beat-up dining room table, fueled by coffee and cupcakes. I still have that table. It reminds me that anything is possible."

Sophie Paladichuk ~ Creative Director
After earning her BA from Eastern Washington University, Sophie started her career in Marketing & Sales for locally owned Market Northwest. She then turned her attention and expertisie in innovative marketing programs to the dotcom world where she worked as Director of Marketing for SAVI / Savishoppper.com, and ABC Models & Talent. She then utilized her natural talent for large sales growth, PR, and innovative partnerships eventually taking over the Nothwest territory as Pageant Director for the Miss USA and Miss Teen USA Corporation. For the past several years, she has studied Multi Media Design & Production while working as a Broadcast & Media Instructor within the Northshore School District. She is the proud mom of a wonderfully talented young teenager who excels and shares a passion for animals, especially dogs and dog fancier activites (both 4-H and AKC). Together they have two sporting dogs and a cat who thinks she's a dog. Sophie also enjoys photography, cooking and hiking with her dogs.
"I have a creative mind and a natural ability to see innovative ways to market and sell products and services. I can think 'in a box' but prefer exploring 'outside of the box.' A favorite saying of mine is, 'If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.' I use this credo and apply it to strategic growth strategies guiding projects to a creative edge."
